Clinical Supervisor

Supervises and provides leadership to all clinical staff and oversees all clinical services.

• →Provide clinical direction and leadership to all personnel.
• →Assure timely, accurate and adequate recording keeping and monitor/evaluate records.
• →Develop, implement, and evaluate all program activities.
• →Monitor all treatment program admissions, authorizations, and discharges.
• →Coordinate services with community and health care agencies to provide a continuum of care.
• →Respond to all program emergencies as necessary following all Harbor Light approved policies and procedures.
• →Supervision and scheduling of clinical personnel as directed by the Site Administrator.
• →Maintain accurate documentation regarding supervised staff.
• →Verify and approve hours worked for employees and submit information to the payroll person in a timely manner.
• →Give recommendations on hiring and firing of all clinical personnel.
• →Review admission and discharge satisfaction surveys
• →Represent The Harbor Light in community functions and committees as directed by the Site Administrator.
• →Provide for the day-to-day operations of the site in the absence of the Site Administrator.
• →Conduct staff meetings, individual supervision, fidelity checks and clinical case conferences/case reviews
• →Participate in Detroit QI meetings, System-wide QI and Clinical Supervisor meetings
• →Perform other duties as assigned

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, internet, and email
