Hong Kong Universities Internship - 2027 Cohort

The internships are full-time, for a maximum period of three months.

• board and lodging at Schloss Leopoldskron

• a return ticket for their country of origin

Start dates for the Hong Kong Universities Internships are available in:

• Mid-January

• End of March

• Early May

• Early July

• Late September

   

Should your application be successful, we will provide the exact dates on completion of the internship offer. Due to program scheduling and accommodation reasons, we do not accommodate internship requests outside these fixed periods.

• Researching relevant program topics, partners, and participants, including compiling biographies

• Providing reliable administrative and operational support to the program teams (such as updating internal documents, printing program materials, copying, and mailing)

• Providing event management and technical support in sessions (for instance: recording lectures, controlling the sound system, managing the microphones, presentation visuals management, etc.)

• Note-taking during online meetings and programs

• Providing database support

• Providing participant support and facilitating positive group dynamics

• You are currently enrolled or have recently graduated from a university in Hong Kong

• You have recently completed or are in the process of completing a Bachelor’s degree with a demonstrable interest in one of Salzburg Global’s program areas

• You have excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written, including editing skills

• You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• You are enthusiastic about our mission

• You take initiative and embrace hands-on work

• You are willing to work flexible hours according to the running program’s needs

• You thrive in culturally and professionally diverse environments

Note: German language skills are not required.

Our Internship Program is specially designed for young professionals.
