Built in 1736, our exclusive location offers 55 rooms, 12 palace suites, and two townhouses. With breathtaking views of the Alps and Hohensalzburg Fortress, we provide our guests with truly unforgettable experiences.

Conduct check-ins and check-outs
- →
Escort our suite guests to the castle
- →
Assist guests with all their needs
- →
Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs) and respond to their inquiries
- →
Identify guests’ needs and build relationships with them
- →
Support guests with specific tasks (e.g., booking services or restaurants, confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- →
Handle reservations, guest correspondence, and billing
- →
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
- →
Conduct security rounds through both buildings
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
