Mission

Join our innovative and rapidly growing scale-up as we are looking for a hands-on Managing Director to help drive our business forward and lead our fresh new team in Warsaw! As a Managing Director you'll play a crucial role in shaping the growth and success of our operations in Poland, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture! Come along on our journey as we lay the groundwork for success in our brand new office!

Job Functions

• Lead and oversee the overall operations and business strategy of the organization in Poland;

• Manage day-to-day operations and provide strategic guidance to the board;

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive growth and expand our presence in the Polish market;

• Build and manage the team, ensuring cohesion and alignment with company objectives;

• Utilize market knowledge and network to expand business opportunities in Poland;

• Support a strong company culture and maintain the quality of products, services, and customer support;

• Take financial responsibility for the profit & loss of the business and manage budgets effectively;

• Provide top-level oversight of workflows and regulate expenses to ensure operational efficiency;

• Carrying out the business plan and adapt processes to meet evolving business needs.

Skills Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience;

• Knowledge of the agency business or online video industry;

• Experience in managing teams, particularly in startup or scale-up environments;

• Exceptional communication skills;

• Proven track record of successfully managing departments or companies;

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills;

• Strong business and financial management skills;

• Ability to achieve company growth in a competitive environment;

• You speak Polish (native) and English fluently.
