Franchise Enablement Business Partner

Job Summary: The Franchise Enablement Business Partner works in close collaboration with the assigned Franchise segment owners, Franchise leadership team, and company business leaders to implement strategies, projects and initiatives to drive franchise engagement and overall franchise success. Must be a key resource that enables and provides insight and solutions to advance and support franchises in the network. Must be able to bring effective ideas, plans and effective solutions using current technology and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, partner, and influence various levels of franchisees on ways to improve working relationships, increase productivity, engagement. and revenue.
- Execute and enable franchise-wide programs within personas, including HubSpot, Compass, assessments, methodologies and the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Drive processes, planning, franchise management and overall franchise health.
- Provide strategic franchise partnership, thought partnership and coaching to assigned franchisees.
- Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended franchise leadership team.
- Review and analyze business metrics in order to influence franchisees and provide direction for franchise solutions.
- Proactively partner with franchise leadership and teams to ensure consistency in messaging and delivery.
- Partner with team members across the company to ensure a highly effective and collaborative workplace.
- Deliver in partnership with franchise leadership, additional programs and projects that will positively impact the network.
Support the New Franchisees and Solopreneurs with the following:
- Co-build quarterly business plans that support their enablement

- Develop plans based on the needs of their segment
- Incorporate home office updates and roll-outs/releases
- Provide update Franchisee information (renewals/challenges/big wins/etc)
- Include Enablement and Program Plans
- Report on progress/success/etc. from previous quarter (or determine timeframe)
- Work closely with the Franchise Enablement Team (leadership, program managers, customer success) and Shared services to deliver on the plan.
- Develop Enablement Plans
- Build an enablement calendar
- Set up coaching calls/co-ops
- Set up (and deliver***) Sandler skill building and facilitation sessions
- Set up (and deliver***) program and business process enablement sessions
- Set up (and deliver***) technology training and best practice sessions
- Set up (and deliver***) business
- Manage the Onboarding Program
- Onboard new Franchisees
- Manage, co-develop, and deliver onboarding programs and IT
- Manage, develop, and help facilitate/train/deliver content/updates at:
- Franchisees Conferences (June/November Schools)
- Summit
- Regional Meetings
- Franchise group meetings (Road to Ruby, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience with Sandler Products and Services a plus.
- Franchise experience a plus
- 15+ years of experience in all areas program operations and supporting teams.
- Strong command of MS Office products.
- 5+ years of HubSpot/CRM experience and supporting use for programs.
- Excellent relationship builder across all business areas, from assigned franchisees to cross-functional partners in other areas of the company.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where priorities and projects frequently shift. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions in uncertain or rapidly evolving situations is required.
- Deep experience coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, program consultation and development, analysis, and problem-solving.
- High level organizational ability
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept at tailoring messages to suit the context and the audience, whether in presentations, reports, or everyday interactions.
