As our Delivery Officer, you’ll be a crucial force driving the successful execution of our projects and ensuring every commitment is delivered with excellence. How You’ll Deliver Impact

1. Safely operate and maintain assigned delivery vehicles.
2. Plan optimal delivery routes to ensure on-time distribution.
3. Load/unload bags and premix securely and accurately.
4. Verify shipment documentation and obtain proof of delivery.
5. Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
6. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and organizational SOPs.
7. Manage fuel consumption and maintain delivery logs.
8. Report delays, incidents, or inventory discrepancies immediately. 

What We Are Looking For

1. 2+ years professional driving/delivery experience.
2. Experience in logistics, FMCG, or NGO supply chains preferred.
3. Valid Tanzanian Class A, D and E driving license (clean record).
4. O-Level Certificate (Form IV).
5. Vocational training in driving/automotive mechanics or defensive driving certification is an asset.
6. Proficiency in defensive driving and urban/rural navigation.
7. Physical ability to lift/move 25kg+ packages.
8. Basic vehicle maintenance skills (tire changes, fluid checks).
9. Strong time-management and communication skills (English/Swahili).
10. Integrity and reliability in handling sensitive inventory.
