The opportunity
As Sattva grows, we are building a more structured way of managing sales and client relationships. Our CRM system is central to this effort.

For CRM to be useful, the data needs to be:

  • accurate

  • regularly updated

  • easy to use for teams

This role will help ensure that happens. You will work closely with business teams to keep data clean, complete, and usable, and support basic reporting and insights.

Role Mandate
This role focuses on three things:

  • Keeping CRM data clean and reliable

  • Working with teams to ensure data is updated regularly

  • Supporting reporting and basic analysis from CRM data

You will work with business teams, sales teams, and marketing to ensure CRM becomes a trusted system across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Quality and Management

  • Keep CRM data accurate and complete across accounts, leads, and opportunities

  • Regularly clean data, remove duplicates, and fix errors

  • Ensure correct use of fields such as industry, lead source, and deal stage

  • Support adding and organising past data into the system

2. Coordination with Business Teams

  • Work with teams to ensure deals and accounts are updated on time

  • Follow up on missing or incorrect data

  • Help teams understand how to use CRM properly

  • Act as the go-to person for CRM data-related questions

3. Reporting and Basic Analysis

  • Track movement of deals across stages

  • Prepare simple reports on pipeline, lead sources, and conversions

  • Highlight gaps or issues in the data

  • Support preparation of data for internal reviews

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, or related fields

  • 1–2 years of experience in data, CRM, sales operations, or similar roles

  • Exposure to Salesforce or any CRM tool is preferred

Skills and Competencies

  • Comfort with data: Able to work with large datasets carefully and accurately

  • Excel skills: Good working knowledge of Excel for cleaning and analysing data

  • CRM familiarity: Basic understanding of how CRM systems work

  • Attention to detail: Able to spot and fix errors in data

  • Coordination skills: Comfortable working with multiple teams and following up

  • Structured thinking: Able to organise data and information clearly
