Responsibilities

→Support the team in managing marketing projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination with clients and partners.
→Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, meeting notes, and other project materials.
→Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support project execution and ensure timelines are followed.
→Support the development and execution of marketing, branding, and communication activities.
→Conduct market research, competitor research, and information gathering to support ongoing projects.
→Monitor project progress, follow up on deliverables, and provide regular updates to the team.
→Attend meetings, take notes, and support follow-up actions when required.
→Assist in brainstorming ideas and supporting content or campaign development.
→Ensure accuracy, organization, and attention to detail across all assigned tasks.
→Support other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the team.

Strong interest in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or Project Coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Good teamwork and coordination skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
Previous internship or extracurricular experience related to marketing or communications is a plus.
