This role supports the development and management of private label products across their lifecycle. Working closely with Product Managers and cross‑functional teams, the role helps deliver high‑quality, competitive own‑brand products that meet customer needs, brand standards, and commercial objectives, while building strong product and commercial capability.
Responsibilities

- →Support the development of new and improved own‑brand products from concept through to launch
- →Assist in creating product briefs including product specification, quality tier, pricing position, packaging
- →Coordinate actions across teams (Technical, Supply Chain, Marketing) to keep projects on track
- →Maintain product documentation, critical paths, and launch timelines
Range & Lifecycle Management
- →Help manage products through their lifecycle
- →Support post‑launch reviews using sales data, customer feedback, and quality metrics
- →Keep product systems and specifications accurate and up to date
Commercial & Performance Support
- →Assist with tracking product performance, sales, and margin against targets
- →Support cost price updates and margin maintenance activities
- →Help identify opportunities to improve value, quality, or range efficiency
Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration
- →Support communication with suppliers and manufacturers, including samples, artworks, and specifications
- →Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
- →Prepare information and materials for range reviews and project meetings
Quality, Compliance & Brand Standards
- →Support compliance with legal, safety, and labelling requirements under guidance from Technical and Quality teams
- →Ensure products are aligned to own‑brand guidelines and quality expectations

- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
