Product Experience Analyst

ADI Global seeks a Product Experience Analyst primarily focused on Product Information Management (PIM) analytics, supporting the PIM team. The role will emphasize creating SQL/Snowflake queries and Python-based analyses to generate product reports, content upload automation, information transfer between systems, etc. ensuring data quality and insights.

Product Experience Analyst will be directly reporting to the Product Information & Pricing Analytics Supervisor but should be capable of working and understanding the needs and goals of different teams that will need analytical support.

You should have a solid background in data analytics technologies, skills, and a high understanding of product content and information management.

• Develop SQL/Snowflake queries for PIM data extraction, validation, and reporting. 
• Create Power BI, SSRS, Excel, and Python reports for product data quality, completeness, and performance.
• Use Python for automation or data processing tasks.  
• Analyze PIM metrics and ensure actionable insights for the PIM team. 
• Provide secondary support for EMEA- Pricing related analytics. 

• +2 Years of experience in SQL (primary focus). 
• Strong skills in Python. 
• Conversational English for cross-team collaboration. 
• Experience in data analytics. 
• Willingness to learn new tools

• Knowledge in Snowflake / Streamlit
• Power BI, SSRS (Report Builder)
• Knowledge of Pandas, matplotlib python, pyodbc for Python
• OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) knowledge and C#
• Familiarity with Akeneo or willingness to learn. 
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple tasks. 
• Ability to work under time constraints
• Ability to work on multiple projects
