Product Manager (ShelfView)

As a Product Manager for ShelfView Capture, you will own the strategy and roadmap for how ShelfView acquires shelf data — a cornerstone of ShelfView's hybrid data capture. You'll work at the intersection of UX, mobile engineering, and computer vision to make capture fast, simple, and reliable, and to ensure the right shelf data is collected at the right quality, coverage, and cost.

ShelfView turns images and video from mobile devices, fixed cameras, and autonomous robots into a digital twin of the store, generating insights that remove tedious tasks for retail workers. Your mission is to make the capture experience best-in-class for accuracy, cost, and speed.

• →Partner with customers and field teams to understand capture environments and translate needs into requirements.
• →Build and drive the ShelfView capture roadmap toward high throughput, coverage, and quality at the right cost.
• →Define and deliver a better capture experience (e.g., improved video capture, AR guidance, faster and more reliable first-time-right capture).
• →Own how capture work is tasked and scheduled — which stores and aisles are captured, how often, and by whom.
• →Own store onboarding and modeling — getting stores ready (mapping, planograms, catalogs) and keeping them current as stores change.
• →Define capture quality, product metrics, and telemetry, and run experiments to inform iterative development.
• →Work closely with design, mobile engineering, and CV teams to evaluate new technologies that improve capture success
• →Drive non-mobile, hybrid capture (fixed camera, robot and emerging technologies).
• →Coordinate feature launches with product marketing and sales operations; act as the capture point of contact on pilots and early customer rollouts.

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience in a "Deep Tech" or mobile SaaS company, or equivalent product leadership experience in a startup.
• Experience with mobile apps, AR use-cases, or on-device ML is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify user needs; comfortable working hands-on with data/telemetry.
• Open-minded, sociable, and driven personality.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland.
• Ability to visit customers in Europe and North America on occasion.
• You will either be living within a commutable distance of our Zurich office.
