SharePoint Administrator / Engineer

Responsible for enterprise document management, intranet architecture, and governance.

Required Skillset:

• Administer and support Microsoft SharePoint Online including sites, document libraries, lists, and portals
• Design scalable site architecture including hub sites, permissions, metadata, and content taxonomy
• Manage migration from file shares, legacy ECM platforms, and on-prem SharePoint environments
• Configure governance controls such as retention, records management, content lifecycle, and external sharing
• Build workflows and automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform
• Troubleshoot permissions, search, indexing, storage, and user access issues
