Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

Scope is currently undertaking a significant transformation programme that is creating wonderful opportunities, to contribute in a meaningful way to the disability sector. There are a variety of projects across technology, applications, processes and capability and we are looking for TWO experienced Change Managers to embrace 12-month contract positions at the heart of our transformation and project delivery practice.

We will value your can-do attitude, adaptability and ability to build relationships and execute, in alignment with our values.

Reporting to the Enterprise Change Manager, these positions are responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies that support smooth transitions for staff as new systems, processes and ways of working are introduced across the organisation.

The Change Manager works closely with project teams, leaders and impacted stakeholders to deliver change plans aligned to Scope’s ADKAR change management framework. This includes supporting stakeholders through the stages of awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement by assessing change impacts, identifying risks, and coordinating change activities that support successful adoption. These activities may include communications, engagement and learning initiatives to ensure stakeholders are informed, supported and equipped throughout the change journey.

The roles also contribute to the continuous improvement of change management tools and practices across the organisation. Working collaboratively with other Change Managers, you will help drive consistency in approach, strengthen enterprise-wide visibility of change activity, and support a coordinated view of change impacts across the organisation. Through this work, you will help minimise disruption to frontline teams and support the successful adoption of change.

You will enjoy interacting with diverse stakeholders and possess the communication and relationship skills to thrive in a fast paced, diverse and complex environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and deliver change management strategies that support the successful adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.
  • Develop and implement change plans aligned to Scope’s ADKAR framework to build stakeholder awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement throughout the change journey.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify impacts, risks and adoption challenges.
  • Coordinate change activities including communications, engagement, learning and readiness initiatives to ensure stakeholders are informed, supported and prepared for change.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders, project teams and frontline stakeholders to understand change impacts, concerns and support requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement activities to gather feedback, validate approaches and support stakeholder participation throughout the change process.
  • Act as a key link between project teams and operational teams, ensuring frontline perspectives are understood and incorporated into decision-making.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering change management initiatives across people, process, technology and/or business transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience applying human-centred and agile approaches to support successful change adoption across frontline, operational and/or corporate environments.
  • Ability to develop and implement change plans that build stakeholder awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement throughout the change journey.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of Prosci’s ADKAR change management methodology.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting portfolio-level change planning, enterprise change reporting and change heatmaps.
