We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
We currently have a fixed term contract position available until 31st December 2026 within our Client Retention and Acquisition division, focused on contracts administration for our valued clients.
The Client Contracts Officer is responsible for oversees the creation, management, and renewal of client contracts ensuring legal compliance, accurate documentation, funding alignment, and risk management contributing to an experience that empowers our clients to belong and thrive, now and into the future.
You will enjoy interacting with diverse stakeholders and possess the communication and relationship skills to thrive in a fast paced, diverse and complex environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Actively listen to clients and their support networks (e.g. families) to understand their Service Agreement requirements. Coordinate contract queries, document control and auditing.
- Documenting our clients’ goals, expectations and requirements, in alignment with relevant funding, policy and governance (including reporting) requirements.
- Working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to undertake the end-to-end process to create, maintain and/or renew client contracts in alignment with relevant legal, regulatory, policy and budget requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, collating and submitting this to relevant internal and external stakeholders, in alignment with relevant legal, regulatory and policy requirements.
- Provide accurate and policy-aligned information to stakeholders and resolve or appropriately escalate contract queries.
- Share feedback to support the development, implementation and ongoing evolution of Client Acquisition and Retention’s plans and priorities.
- Knowledge (or the ability to quickly acquire) of relevant NDIS compliance and funding rules.
- Strong administration, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage at times competing priorities, stakeholders and expectations to deliver outcomes
- Experience (or the ability to quickly acquire) communicating with others, including through different communication modes
- Experience in the disability services and/or a related sector would be advantageous
