We’re looking for a passionate Maintenance Crew Coordinator to join our Contract Services team in a casual role, with strong potential to transition to permanent employment.
This is a hands‑on supervisor role where you’ll help people build skills, confidence, and independence while delivering high‑quality property maintenance services.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and coordinate a diverse crew of supported and non‑supported employees across property maintenance projects
- →Mentor team members to build skills, independence, and workplace confidence
- →Contribute to hands‑on tasks including landscaping, cleaning, painting, test & tag, and general maintenance
- →Promote and model safe work practices, ensuring compliance and a strong safety culture
- →Plan and oversee daily operations to deliver work efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard
- Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, with additional skills in cleaning, painting, property maintenance, or test & tag
- Confidence using commercial equipment such as ride‑on mowers, pressure washers, and industry tools
- Strong supervisor experience, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for inclusion and supporting others
