Scope has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Marketing Officer to join our Strategy and Impact division, reporting to the Marketing Manager, Brand & Strategy.
This role supports the delivery of marketing activity across the Scope brand and key services. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll help bring projects, content and campaigns to life across traditional media, digital, social, CRM, print and events, while ensuring all activity aligns with brand guidelines, compliance requirements and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver and coordinate marketing projects, content development and campaigns, ensuring activity is launched on time and within budget
- →Lead projects and campaign execution, including timelines, approvals and coordination with internal teams and external agencies
- →Develop, update and maintain brand guidelines and marketing materials such as digital assets, website content, brochures and presentations
- →Act as a brand steward by ensuring all marketing outputs meet brand standards, quality expectations and compliance requirements
- →Track and report on project return on investment and campaign performance, using insights to recommend improvements and increase impact
- Supporting delivery of high‑quality, consistent and engaging marketing activity
- Ensuring brand integrity and attention to detail across all marketing outputs
- Collaborating effectively with stakeholders to meet business and brand marketing needs
- Contributing to continuous improvement across marketing processes and campaigns
- A highly organised marketing professional who enjoys balancing multiple projects
- A strong collaborator with the confidence to work with internal teams and external partners
- Someone who combines creativity with accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive contributor who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Requirements
~1 min read- A qualification in marketing, communications, commerce or a related discipline
- At least three years’ experience in a marketing or communications role supporting projects and campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Hands‑on experience using marketing and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Studio, project management platforms and digital content systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach
