Senior Manager

Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Senior Manager to work within our Operations – Accommodation Services.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the delegated Geographic Area to deliver safe, quality and sustainable accommodation services that empower our clients to belong, thrive and live their dreams.

• Collaborate to continue to improve the journey and experience of clients and their support networks
• Embed and continue to improve Scope’s client service delivery model
• Role model ethical leadership; putting our clients, our people and sustainability at the centre of all you do
• Collaborate to identify, evaluate and address risks and opportunities to contribute to  Scope achieve and maintaining competitive advantage
• Constructively challenge operational agenda and priorities to focus on what is most impactful to our clients, people and organisation

• Significant experience in the care sector and/ or regulated environments
• Proven experience managing, supervising, coaching and mentoring others to deliver client services
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence at scale
• Ability to apply relevant legislation, regulations, policies and practices to deliver empowering, safe, quality and sustainable client services
• Demonstrated experience managing and motivating diverse and geographically dispersed teams to deliver quality client services
