With our service continuing to grow we are looking for two Support Workers experienced in psychosocial disability and complex mental health support, resilient, person‑centered, and confident in empowering individuals to build positive habits and daily routines. You will work across two Supported Independent Living (SIL) sites.

  • PPT rates starting from $35.51
  • Casual rates starting from $44.39

  • Roster will include split shift 7am-9am-4:00pm-7pm weekdays. 4pm-7pm available weekends.
  • Support adults with complex mental health and psychosocial disabilities in an independent living model. 
  • Rigorously follow BIS and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site manager to best support complex behaviours.
  • Encourage capacity building to enhance clients’ current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely.
  • Promoting choice and control and show eagerness to participate in clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests.
  • To be efficient in computer skills and report writing!

We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings, afternoons, and sleepover shifts.
