Enterprise Application Specialist, IT

Scopely is looking for an Enterprise Application Specialist, IT to join our IT team in Dublin, Ireland or Barcelona Spain on a hybrid basis or Portugal or the UK on a remote basis.

The IT/Ops team keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly and we make sure all teams are equipped and connected - whether across the office or halfway around the world. AV struggles? Don’t worry, we’ve got this.

• →3-5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Enterprise Applications Administration or SaaS Platform Management
• →Deep hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom and related SaaS applications
• →Experience owning enterprise application strategy, roadmaps, governance, lifecycle management, vendor relationships, licensing, and platform optimization initiatives
• →Experience implementing and managing AI-powered workplace technologies such as Gemini, Slack AI, Zoom AI Companion, Atlassian Rovo, or similar productivity and automation platforms
• →Proven ability to lead organizational AI enablement initiatives including user training, adoption programs, documentation, and change management efforts
• →Strong understanding of emerging technologies, vendor feature releases, and industry best practices with the ability to proactively drive innovation and continuous improvement
• →Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts, roadmaps, and platform changes to both technical and non-technical audiences
• →Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation including SOPs, knowledge base articles, architecture diagrams, workflow diagrams, and end-user training materials
• →Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to independently own and execute multiple initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments supporting global teams
• →Experience partnering cross-functionally with Security, HR, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions
• →Passion for improving employee productivity, collaboration, and user experience through technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions
