Responsibilities
~2 min readWe are looking for a creative, proactive, and people-focused Organizational Effectiveness Partner to join our growing Organizational Effectiveness team. Reporting to the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, this role will primarily support our Learning & Development projects while also contributing to broader Talent Management programs and organizational effectiveness efforts.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about designing impactful learning experiences, facilitating engaging development sessions, and helping build a strong culture of continuous growth across the company. You will play a key role in bringing our “Learning Machine” culture to life by helping teams learn faster, grow stronger, and continuously evolve in a fast-paced and highly creative environment. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong execution, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for enabling people development at scale.
- →Design and coordinate engaging learning and development experiences that align with business priorities and support employee growth
- →Facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and development programs for employees and managers across the organization
- →Support the evolution of Scopely’s learning culture by helping create scalable, high-impact development initiatives aligned with our “Learning Machine” mindset
- →Partner with People Business Partners and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities
- →Create compelling learning materials, facilitator guides, toolkits, communications, and development resources that drive engagement and adoption
- →Help manage and execute talent initiatives, including performance cycles, feedback practices, career development, and talent reviews
- →Coordinate learning logistics and ensure a high-quality learner experience across programs and initiatives
- →Gather participant feedback and leverage insights and data to continuously improve learning effectiveness and engagement
- →Support the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Scopely’s Learning Management System (LMS) and broader learning technology ecosystem
- →Help identify and leverage innovative learning tools, technologies, and AI-driven solutions that enhance learning experiences and support scalable development opportunities
- →Support change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives that strengthen team performance and employee growth
- →Contribute to building a strong feedback and development culture across the organization.
- →Act as a collaborative partner who helps turn ideas into action and delivers with a high level of ownership and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related People functions
- Experience designing and facilitating learning experiences, workshops, or development programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into engaging and practical learning solutions
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments
- Experience working collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
- Interest in learning technologies, AI-enabled learning solutions, and the future of workplace learning
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with talent management processes such as performance management, feedback, or career development
- Experience in gaming, tech, entertainment, or other highly creative industries is preferred
