The Role

As a Conversation Implementation Designer, you are the architect of the logic and "personality" of our AI agents. This is a high-impact, hybrid role where strategy meets execution. You won’t just be writing dialogue; you will be the technical lead for the conversation layer, consulting with global enterprise clients to translate complex business processes into modular, human-centric AI interactions.

You sit at the intersection of UX Strategy, Linguistics, and Technical Implementation. You will lead the discovery with stakeholders to map out requirements, then roll up your sleeves to build, test, and optimize the AI’s brain through sophisticated prompt engineering and logical structuring. You ensure that every digital worker we deploy is not only technically sound but also intuitive, helpful, and aligned with the client’s brand voice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Consultancy & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the design and implementation phase. Map out business processes and translate them into conversational requirements.
  • Design & UX Strategy: Design and propose modular conversation solutions and UX-oriented flows for new and existing use cases.
  • Implementation & Prompt Engineering: Take a hands-on approach to building conversations. You will refine AI behavior through sophisticated prompt engineering and the strategic reuse of logic modules.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze interaction logs and performance data to identify bottlenecks. Lead debugging efforts and provide proactive post-live care to ensure the digital worker evolves.
  • Quality Assurance: Guard the quality of the "AI brain" through rigorous testing and review of flows, prompts, and configurations.
  • Architecture & Innovation: Contribute to our global conversation on architecture and help build a library of reusable components and best practices.


Key Skills

  • Client Communication: Proven ability to manage stakeholders, present complex ideas simply, and lead client-facing workshops or discovery sessions.
  • Conversation & UX: Expertise in natural dialogue design and strong "persona-driven" writing for both prompts and user-facing messages.
  • Prompt & Technical: Deep understanding of prompt engineering (LLMs); strong logical reasoning; comfortable working with JSON/YAML configs and analyzing system logs.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to interpret conversation data to define test cases and assess qualitative AI performance.
  • Agile Proficiency: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ticket-based workflows.

  • Prompt sets and configuration changes.
  • Log/analysis notes with concrete improvement proposals.
  • Test cases and QA reports.
  • Reusable patterns/templates and concise documentation (e.g. in Confluence/Jira).

  • Language: CV and application must be submitted in English.
  • Residency: Currently based in Portugal (proximity to Aveiro is a plus).
  • Work Permit: Valid Portuguese work authorization required.
