Responsibilities
~2 min readBecome part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
Product & Operations Support
- →Support and assist with development of Scout’s vehicle protection and insurance product suite, ensuring alignment with the Scout customer promise.
- →Support and document regulatory compliance and licensing requirements across US and Canadian markets.
- →Maintain all product documentation for all training guides and system resources to ensure operational readiness.
Partner Management Support
- →Coordinate partner communications, contract documentation, and business review materials.
- →Ensure partner KPIs are documented and assist in the development of performance reporting and analysis.
Digital Integration & Operations
- →Assist Vehicle Protection Product and Insurance Director with Scout Motors Digital Products, IT, Sales Operations, and Retail Operations teams to support the integration of vehicle protection and vehicle insurance products into the Scout digital retail platform.
- →Assist with defining and documenting user needs and system requirements
Marketing & Customer Engagement
- →Assist with and document communications with the Brand, Communications, and Marketing teams to ensure product messaging aligns with the Scout brand and identity.
- →Assist with campaign execution for product launches, promotions, and lifecycle communications.
Performance & Competitive Analysis
- →Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics including product penetration, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction.
- →Translate data and market feedback into actionable insights that inform the Scout product offering.
Requirements
