🔧 What You’ll Do
As a Service & Sales Manager at Seaside, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Technicians
- Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable to performance standards
- Conduct ride-alongs, 1:1s, and ongoing coaching
- Drive revenue through technician performance and execution
- Partner with dispatch and customer service to optimize operations
- Monitor KPIs and take action when performance is off track
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new technicians
- Step in to assist with technical challenges and closing sales when needed
- Ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
