Must have experience with measuring parts with measurement equipment    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:    Part Layout and Testing Part Validation and PPAP Support CAPA and Problem-Solving Support Data Entry and Analysis   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   Assist Quality Engineers to complete validation and PPAP tasks including First Article Inspection (FAI), performance or functional testing, and report writing. Perform dimensional layouts using hand-measurement tools and CMM Conduct print reviews for new or revised products (Blueprint Reading) Tabulate sample data utilizing statistical programs. Assist in compiling technical reports and summaries using Microsoft Word or Excel. Create and update process flow diagrams, process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), and control plans for new or revised products. Collect and analyze product data as directed by Quality Manager or Engineers. Support corrective action activities as needed. Associates degree in a technical discipline is a plus. Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) 2-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment in a QA role 2-3 years of experience in Blueprint reading Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision Motivated, organized, and has attention to detail Limited physical effort, able to carry at least 35lbs Duties are primarily performed seated.
