Experienced Dispatcher with 1–2 years of dispatch and/or logistics coordination experience.
3PL Experienced, confident managing third‑party carriers and negotiating transportation solutions for rural or remote regions.
Strong Communicator with clear verbal and written communication skills and a professional, partner‑focused approach.
Highly Proficient in Digital Tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dispatch software.
Strategic Problem Solver who thinks critically, adapts quickly, and resolves challenges in real time.
Detail‑Oriented and Organized, able to prioritize effectively and consistently deliver accurate, high‑quality work.
Collaborative Team Player who works well across teams and with external partners to support seamless operations.
Sustainability‑Minded, with an interest in environmental stewardship (considered an asset).
