Bilingual Claims Care Analyst

Who we need

We are looking for a Bilingual Claims Care Analyst whose role will be to lead the comprehensive, end-to-end assessment of credit insurance and Credit Card Payment Protection claims, including life, disability, critical illness, and job loss coverage. You will be responsible for thoroughly evaluating contractual, medical, functional, and occupational information to determine benefit eligibility in alignment with certificate provisions, established processes, and both internal and external policies.

You will ensure timely, accurate, and well-supported decisions while delivering a high standard of service to insured clients and key stakeholders. A strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach will be essential to your success in this role.

The base salary range for this position is between $55,000 to $70,000 depending on experience. Details of our additional benefits are outlined below. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
