We are seeking a polished, customer‑service‑driven Corporate Security Officer - Lobby Greeter to serve as the primary greeter and first point of contact in a high‑visibility lobby environment. This role requires exceptional professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a secure, welcoming atmosphere for employees, clients, and visitors.  Professional corporate setting always.

• →Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests entering the facility
• →Deliver high‑level customer service consistent with a corporate environment
• →Monitor lobby activity and maintain awareness of all access points
• →Verify visitor credentials, issue badges, and manage check‑in procedures
• →Support corporate staff and executives with directions, assistance, and information
• →Maintain a calm, confident presence during busy periods or unexpected situations
• →Document daily activity, incidents, and visitor logs accurately
• →Enforce building policies while maintaining a service‑oriented approach
• →Communicate effectively with security leadership and building management

• Strong customer service background required (corporate, hospitality, or concierge experience highly preferred)
• Prior security experience in a professional environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate lobby
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Valid security license (if required by state regulations)
