Part time Security Officer

Part Time Overnight Security Officer

• →Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure safety and security
• →Monitor surveillance cameras and access control systems
• →Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, including fire, medical, or security situations
• →Enforce site rules and regulations, including access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors
• →Complete detailed written reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities
• →Conduct security checks on doors, windows, gates, and equipment
• →Provide customer service to staff and visitors while maintaining a professional and authoritative presence 
• →Work closely with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other departments when necessary
   

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for report writing and email.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
