VP, Operational Excellence & Strategic Transformation

Location: Remote | Reports to: President of Global Clients America

We are not looking for someone to maintain the status quo. We are seeking a Transformation Architect- a leader who will design, build, and continuously elevate how our most critical global client operations perform.

Reporting directly to the President of Global Clients America, you will own the evolution of a strong global operation and move it to the next level. Your focus is not analysis for analysis’ sake, it’s execution. You will identify where speed, automation, and alignment are holding us back, and you will redesign those systems to support scale, accountability, and sustained excellence.

In this role, you will unify Data & BI, HR, and Communications into an integrated operating model that drives clarity, measurable outcomes, and world‑class client delivery. Your work will define how we operate going forward, not just what we improve today.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Operational Overhaul: Conduct a "no-stone-unturned" evaluation of Global Client Operations. You will design and deploy the next generation of processes and tools that move the needle on client satisfaction and profitability.

Drive Radical Accountability: Replace passive monitoring with active performance management. You will build the frameworks that hold client management teams to the highest standards of execution.

Turnaround Specialist: You won’t just "review" underperforming accounts; you will dive into the friction points, diagnose the root causes, and lead the tactical turnaround to restore excellence.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Break down silos. You will lead the integration of Data/Business Intelligence, and Communications to ensure our operations are data-driven, talent-heavy, and strategically aligned.

Strategic Influence: Act as a key advisor to regional leadership. You are the bridge between high-level strategy and ground-level execution, ensuring every initiative is built for scale and impact.

WHO YOU ARE

A Change Agent: You have a proven track record of not just managing change but initiating it. You aren’t afraid to challenge legacy thinking if there is a better way to win.

Data-Obsessed: You don’t make decisions based on "gut feelings." You use BI and financial indicators to hunt for opportunities and measure success.

Resilient Leader: You thrive in high-pressure environments. You can handle the "urgent" while never losing sight of the "important."

Exceptional Communicator: You can distill complex operational data into a compelling narrative for executive-level stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership in services industry. We value a track record of operational transformation and P&L optimization.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Proven Track Record: You bring a demonstrated history of taking ownership, navigating complexity, and delivering measurable, business‑impacting results.

THE "FINE PRINT" (Essential Functions & Requirements)

Financial Stewardship: Audit client accounts and analyze financial indicators to ensure we are operating at peak profitability.

Compliance & Ethics: Lead with unshakeable integrity, ensuring all operations meet the highest legal and ethical standards.

Agility: Ability to handle multiple high-stakes projects concurrently

Physical/Mental Capacity: Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, analyze large volumes of data, and respond to emergencies on-call when necessary.
