Data & AI Generalist

We're looking for a hands-on Data & AI Generalist to own data quality and audit traceability across our platform. You'll make sure our data is clean, trustworthy, and audit-ready in a regulated financial environment — while also getting broad exposure to data engineering, analytics dashboards, and applied AI (internal chatbots, anomaly detection, compliance automation).

This is not a pure analyst role or a pure engineering role. You'll context-switch between writing SQL queries, building data validation pipelines, supporting AI tool development, and working directly with Compliance and Finance teams. If you like variety and care about getting the data right, this is the role.

• 2–4 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, data quality, or a related field
• Solid SQL skills — comfort writing, debugging, and optimizing queries
• Solid Python skills (pandas, scripting, basic automation)
• Attention to detail and a natural instinct for spotting data that "doesn't look right"
• Exposure to cloud data tools (AWS ecosystem preferred) is a plus
• Familiarity with Git workflows
• Self-starter mindset — comfortable context-switching across data quality, AI, and compliance topics
• Experience with data governance, cataloging, or metadata management tools is a strong plus
• Curiosity about blockchain, DeFi, and tokenized assets (direct experience not required)
• English B2+ (daily work is bilingual Spanish/English)
