As a Security Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through professional communication and customer service while documenting observations using digital tools. • →Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established site protocols.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of technology-focused facilities, including business areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• →Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• →Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site procedures.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
