As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, and help maintain an orderly environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. • →Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, contractors, and personnel by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• →Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct arriving personnel and vehicles according to site procedures.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• →Document observations, incidents, and shift activities accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
