As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors, tenants, and staff with exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal’s Driver Policy. • →Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• →Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• →Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, responding to requests for assistance, and communicating relevant information to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• →Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site procedures and complete required reports.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
