As a Security Officer Patrol Lead in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic retail and mall location, where you will monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This role blends strong customer service and communication with a caring, people-first approach. Working as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will support daily operations with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity.

• →Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
