At Seeton, we design and deliver complex IT infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect who will play a key role in shaping client solutions — from the initial engagement through to contract signing.
This is a presale-heavy role for someone who enjoys working with customers, shaping solutions, and influencing deals — not just implementing them.
What you will do

• Own the technical side of opportunities together with the Account Manager
• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers
• Design infrastructure solutions (compute, storage, virtualization, backup, DR)
• Prepare technical proposals, BoQ, HLD, and support RFP/RFI responses
• Present solutions to customers and run demos / PoCs
• Work with leading vendors: Dell, Cisco, IBM, Lenovo, VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, Commvault
• Support deal closing by aligning technical, commercial, and customer requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams during PoC and solution validation
• Stay updated with modern infrastructure and cloud trends

What we expect

• 5+ years in pre-sales / solution architecture / infrastructure engineering
• Strong background in:
  • servers, storage, virtualization
  • data center infrastructure
  • backup and disaster recovery
• Experience with VMware / Nutanix / Red Hat
• Understanding of DR/BCP concepts (RTO/RPO, replication, multi-site)
• Hands-on experience with enterprise vendors (Dell, HPE, Cisco, etc.)
• Ability to communicate with customers and translate needs into solutions
• Commercial awareness (TCO, sizing, solution positioning)

What will be a plus

• Experience in system integrator / vendor / distributor environment
• Experience with PoC and complex deal support
• Understanding of cloud or hybrid architectures
