We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Amazon Account Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day health, performance, and operational efficiency of our established Amazon storefront.

Unlike roles focused on aggressive catalog expansion, this is a highly stable, maintenance-focused position managing a successful product line with 1-2 strategic launches per year. This role is perfect for a meticulous mid-level e-commerce professional who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and enjoys balancing compliance-heavy operational tasks with strategic listing optimization. You will act as the central hub for our Amazon presence, seamlessly managing everything from B2B quotes and customer service to inventory fulfillment and Amazon account health.

If you have a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, exceptional written communication skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, we want you on our team.
