Senior PsychCare provides integrated psychiatric and psychological services to patients in long-term care facilities.


OVERVIEW

The Regional Manager is the accountable owner of a defined market, responsible for ensuring reliable clinical coverage, strong facility partnerships, and consistent operational execution across all assigned facilities.

This role drives performance across key areas including visit volume, referral flow, provider stability, and quality compliance. The Regional Manager ensures that providers, PsychTechs, and facilities are aligned and that services are delivered consistently and efficiently.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Market Ownership & Performance

- Own performance across assigned market(s), including visit volume, referral flow, and facility coverage
- Ensure facilities maintain consistent clinical coverage with no significant service gaps
- Monitor submarket performance and adjust staffing, scheduling, and deployment as needed
- Identify growth opportunities within existing facilities and support expansion efforts
- Drive referral conversion and  ensure timely initiation of services


2. Facility Partnership & Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility leadership across the market
- Conduct regular onsite visits to maintain alignment, address concerns, and strengthen relationships
- Lead and coordinate behavioral health rounds to support integrated care
- Identify and resolve breakdowns in communication, service delivery, or expectations


3. Clinical Coverage & Team Coordination

- Ensure appropriate deployment of providers and PsychTechs based on facility needs and volume
- Maintain provider continuity within facilities to support stability and trust
- Oversee onboarding and integration of new providers into the market
- Address provider performance issues and escalate when necessary


4. Operational Execution & Escalation

- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, referral tracking, and service initiation
- Act as first line of escalation for facility and provider issues, resolving in real time when possible
- Escalate complex issues with clear context, urgency, and proposed solutions
- Standardize workflows across facilities to ensure consistency in execution
- Improve operational efficiency, including visit throughput, documentation timeliness, and communication processes


5. Quality, Documentation & Compliance

- Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation and adherence to compliance standards
- Monitor visit cadence, documentation timeliness, and service gaps across facilities
- Work with QA and billing teams to resolve documentation or claims issues
- Reinforce expectations with providers to maintain high standards of care


6. Data & Performance Management

- Track and manage key KPIs
- Use tools such as ZohoCRM, Power BI, and EMR Systems to identify trends and drive decisions
- Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Provide regular updates to leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities


QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare or business-related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in operations, healthcare, or multi-site account management
- Prior experience managing multiple facilities or a defined territory preferred
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using data to manage performance and drive decisions
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage facility leadership and internal teams
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned market
