VP, Commercial Effectiveness
Quick Summary
About Sequel Sequel, headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire, is a company developing the next generation of transformative drug-delivery advancements starting with diabetes.
Sequel Med Tech is seeking a highly strategic and analytically driven Vice President, Commercial Excellence to lead and evolve our commercial operations function. This role will serve as the head of Sales Operations while acting as a critical thought partner to the SVP of Market Access, Sales and Government Affairs.
The VP, Commercial Excellence will be responsible not only for building and optimizing the infrastructure that supports commercial execution, but also for synthesizing insights across Sales, Market Access, Trade, and Government Affairs to inform enterprise-level decision-making. This leader will translate complex, cross-functional dynamics into clear, data-driven narratives that shape commercial strategy, guide investment decisions, and inform the executive team and Board.
As a growth-stage company, this is a highly hands-on, “working VP” role. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable in setting strategy and executing against it—rolling up their sleeves to build, analyze, and problem-solve directly. This role requires a builder’s mindset: someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating scalable processes from the ground up, and takes pride in designing solutions that will evolve with the company’s growth.
This is a highly visible role with a significant impact on company performance and trajectory.
