Sr. DDC Controls Technician

Possessing comprehensive theoretical and practical working knowledge, the Senior DDC Controls Technician installs, services, maintains, calibrates, troubleshoots, and programs a variety of campus HVAC, DDC and pneumatic building control systems to effectively maintain HVAC comfort, ensure maximum energy conservation and prevent system and equipment failures.

As needed, the incumbent may assume the duties of HVAC Controls Shop Supervisor.

• →Advanced level ability to program either DDC or PLC processors.

• →stand or walk 2 - 4 hours at one time, up to 8 hours per day.
