Duct Installer

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Experienced Duct/Insulation Installer to join our team.

This role is responsible for installing insulation in residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality work, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, insulation, or a related trade, and is comfortable working with tools, heights, and confined spaces.

• →Install HVAC ductwork, piping, and equipment according to specifications, work orders, and safety standards.
• →Install and assemble sheet metal, flex duct, and fiberglass duct systems
• →Measure and cut insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or other thermal products.
• →Seal duct systems properly to ensure energy efficiency and airflow performance
• →Install dampers, vents, registers, and related components
• →Work closely with HVAC installers and project leads to complete jobs on schedule
• →Install vapor barriers and protective coverings where required.
• →Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is stocked with insulation materials, tools, and equipment.
• →Maintain accurate records of materials used and completed work.
• →Follow all company safety standards and keep job sites clean.

• 2 years’ experience installing residential HVAC ducting systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Safely operate hand and power tools, including knives, staple guns, saws, and blowers.
