About the Role

~1 min read

Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical operational infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit.

We are looking for a Credit Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will review residential mortgage loans to ensure compliance with agency, originator and/or investor guidelines, internal policies, Rating Agency requirements and regulatory requirements.

This position reports directly to the inTENT Chief Operating Officer (COO).

  • A detail obsessive — you catch what others miss and take pride in a clean, complete loan file.
  • A self-starter — you work independently, manage your own priorities, and don't need a lot of direction to get things done.
  • A fast mover — you thrive in a high-volume environment and can move through multiple deals quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
  • A compliance authority — you have deep knowledge of agency, investor, and regulatory guidelines and can apply them confidently.
  • A clear communicator — you can articulate findings and discrepancies in writing and in conversation without ambiguity.
  • A team player — you adapt easily to changing guidelines and collaborate well across functions.
