We trade in the global financial markets and are among the key prop trading players and pre-market trading leaders. Our company owes its 20 years of success in the stock market to constantly investing in talent development, trading technologies, progressive risk management models, and effective trading strategies — all of which drive trader success. Also, SFORS relies exclusively on proprietary funds instead of third-party investments. Our team currently includes over 450 specialists, most of them traders.
We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to help us plan, execute, and coordinate the company's learning initiatives — from concept through to implement
Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle of learning projects: from initial concept through to launch and effectiveness evaluation.

Translate business needs into learning solutions, including programmes, courses, workshops, training sessions, and blended learning formats.
- →
Plan timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets for learning initiatives.
- →
Coordinate the work of trainers, facilitators, external subject matter experts, translators, and learning content designers.
- →
Contribute methodologically to the development of learning content, including programme design, session structure, and choice of learning formats.

Ensure a high-quality learning experience for all participants.
- →
Evaluate learning outcomes, collect participant feedback, and produce reports.
- →
Maintain project documentation and communications within internal systems.
3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, business training, instructional design, or learning project management.
Practical experience designing and delivering training programmes — internal or external.
Knowledge of adult learning principles (andragogy), development methodologies, and learning evaluation models such as Kirkpatrick and 70/20/10.
Project management experience: goal-setting, planning, deadline management, and results tracking.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, aligning needs and agreeing on deliverables.
Facilitation, coaching, or training skills will be a significant advantage.
Experience creating learning content in various formats: presentations, guides, e-learning modules, videos, workshops, and similar.
Strong written and spoken proficiency in both Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate or above).
A proactive, initiative-driven approach to work.
Self-sufficiency and the ability to manage tasks independently.
An engaged and positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
