We’re Hiring a Nordic Social Media Manager
SATS’ vision is to ‘Make people healthier and happier’, and our ambition is to offer our members a world class training experience through a strong product offering at our +250 clubs across the Nordics. Social Media (all platforms) is an important channel for building SATS as the expert in our industry, inspire members and non-members to train at SATS, and efficiently convert members. We are searching for a creative and driven college that wants to be a part of our fantastic Nordic marketing team, and be an important contributor in helping us to take SATS to the next level in social media.
Key responsibility areas/work tasks:
Plan, execute and evaluate SATS’ Nordic Social Media presence in all channels, organic and paid
Plan and manage our social media content calendar with input from central and local stakeholders in alignment with our overall marketing plans and objectives
Develop and monitor KPIs that support business objectives
Responsible for SoMe strategy, need of content, content creation, editing and publishing content
Deep interest and knowledge of the different Social Media platforms to identify new opportunities with a test-and-learn approach
Community management with close cooperation with Local Marketing Managers and Customer Service team to ensure a best practice approach to care for our community
Secure a consistent brand across all social platforms
Responsible for briefing and coordinating 12+ internal ambassadors on monthly content creation for our TikTok channels
Responsible for Nordic influencer campaigns
Competence, skills and capabilities
3-5 years of relevant experience working with social media
Relevant higher education
Strong interest and knowledge about the fitness industry, staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends, content formats and industry developments to make sure we are best in class on social at all times
Hands-on knowledge in the different Social Media platforms and content production for TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, YouTube and LinkedIn
Video/photo editing skills and social media copywriting (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Instagram/TikTok video editing)
Have an eye for visuals alongside the written or spoken word. Your social media heart shines through in the form of inspiring content, a strategic approach and good brand building.
Highly organized (for managing a content calendar, asset management etc.) and able to manage multiple campaigns / projects at once
Strong communication skills in local/English language with strong attention to details
Ability to think strategically, while also executing day-to-day tasks
Agency management and external stakeholder experience is a plus
Data analysis and experience with Social Media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Iconosquare, Brandwatch)
Systematic and proactive work approach with the ability to get people on board and create energy, engagement, and motivation
Creative and curious mindset, you are not afraid of thinking outside the box
Experience with social media ad managers is a plus, including knowledge of setting up, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across different objectives and channels.
