Support the development of novel concepts and technologies for our next generation of products.
Help communicate ideas quickly and effectively using a combination of ECAD layout, simulation and breadboard circuits to evaluate potential solutions.
Build test rigs in the lab while supporting the execution of verification and validation test plans.

Identify new ideas, products and/or features that improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs and keep our product line at the forefront of our industry.
  • Education: Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor's program, currently enrolled in a master’s or doctoral program, or has graduated within the past year
    • Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with 5 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
  • Academic focus must be Electrical Engineering
  • A natural and effective communicator capable of reducing abstract concepts to reality
  • Able to quickly generate visual and physical definitions of new products that convey key attributes of function and layout
  • A thorough understanding of basic physical principles
  • Creativity and technical knowledge are crucial in this position
  • Experience with one or more of the following: motor control, sensors, embedded micro controllers including Arduino, battery management, small signal amplifier circuits and switching power supplies
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Experience with general prototyping is a plus
  • Some software/firmware experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of C/C++ with microcontrollers is a plus

Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Hourly Pay Range
$30$40 USD
