The Media Coordinator is a highly organized and proactive professional who helps drive operational excellence across the Global Media organization. The Media Coordinator serves as a central hub for team coordination, communications, planning, partner engagement, and business operations, helping ensure priorities, projects, and organizational activities run smoothly across a fast-paced global team.

→2–5 years of experience in administration, coordination, executive support, project management, communications, marketing operations, or related fields. 
→Experience supporting senior leaders or fast-paced teams preferred. 
→Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills. 
→Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and related collaboration tools. 
→Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
