Shield AI is hiring a Digital Operations Lead to drive execution, coordination, and operational integrity across paid media campaigns and website experiences. This role functions as a digital producer, responsible for translating strategy into structured plans, aligning resources, and ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.

This is not a concepting or creative development role. It is focused on executional excellence, production systems, and managing the flow of work across campaigns and digital surfaces. You’ll work closely with one of the strongest in-house creative teams, helping translate high-quality ideas into fully realized campaigns across paid media and digital touchpoints.

You have a process-oriented, systems mindset. You enjoy building structure, improving workflows, and leveraging automation and AI to make systems more efficient over time.

You are excited about using tools (including AI) to streamline and eventually replace manual work, freeing up time to focus on higher-value operational improvements.

  • Agency Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for media agencies and external partners, aligning on timelines, deliverables, and execution standards to ensure work is delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Campaign Production & Execution: Own the end-to-end production of campaigns across channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, programmatic, CTV, etc.), translating strategy into detailed execution plans with clear timelines, dependencies, targeting, budgets, and flighting
  • Digital Production & Resource Management: Manage timelines, capacity, and asset readiness across campaigns and web initiatives, coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure work is properly resourced and delivered without delays
  • Website Operations: Oversee the execution of website updates, landing pages, and campaign integrations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with broader marketing efforts
  • Asset & Creative Operations: Manage the flow, formatting, trafficking, and versioning of creative assets across campaigns and digital placements, ensuring assets meet channel requirements and are deployed correctly
  • Process & Systems Optimization: Build and refine campaign and website workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • 4–7+ years in digital production, marketing operations, campaign management, or similar execution-focused roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaign launches (paid media, web, landing pages)
  • Strong operational rigor with attention to detail across timelines, assets, and delivery
  • Experience coordinating across internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Comfort working with marketing tools, CMS platforms, and campaign management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with automation tools and interest in applying AI to improve workflows
  • Background in digital production, media operations, or integrated campaign delivery
  • Experience with resource planning, capacity management, or production scheduling
  • Exposure to performance marketing metrics and pacing optimization
  • Experience implementing workflow systems or process improvements at scale
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CMS platforms, and project management systems (e.g., Asana, Jira)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Location & Eligibility
