As the primary point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients, you’ll support medication access, adherence, and care coordination in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

→Communicate with pharmacists, providers, and clinic teams
→Resolve patient, insurance, and access challenges efficiently

Requirements

Registered Pharmacy Technician (state licensure required)
High School Diploma or GED
2–5 years of pharmacy technician experience

Nice to Have

CPhT (PTCB certification)
5–8 years of experience
Background in specialty pharmacy, patient support, or medication adherence programs

Experience supporting patients in:

Transplant
Hepatitis C
Infectious Disease (including HIV)
Oncology

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Solid organizational and administrative abilities
Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly

Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable ✅

Empathetic communicator with a patient-first mindset
