About the Role
 
We’re looking for a tech-savvy and proactive IT Support Intern to join our Workplace Technology team. You’ll be the go-to person for employees facing technical issues and play a key role in setting up and maintaining AV systems for company Town Halls and internal events.
 
This internship is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, working with technology, and helping people. You’ll gain hands-on experience across IT operations, device management, and live event support — all in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values curiosity and growth.
 
We are currently hiring for H2 2026 (May/June to November/December 2026). This internship would require a 6 months, full-time, commitment.
  • IT Support (Level 1)
  • Provide first-line technical support to employees via Slack, Jira, or walk-ins.
  • Log and track tickets in Jira Service Management, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up and configure laptops, peripherals, and user accounts for new hires, including onboarding support for Singapore employees.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records.
  • Support change management activities — documenting and updating change requests in Jira.

  • Town Hall & AV Support
  • Set up and operate audiovisual (AV) systems for company events, meetings, and hybrid Town Halls.
  • Manage AV components such as microphones, projectors, cameras, and sound systems.
  • Conduct pre-event checks and post-event wrap-ups to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support hybrid meeting tools such as Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Collaborate closely with Workplace & Facilities teams for seamless event operations.
  • Real-world experience in corporate IT support and AV operations.
  • Hands-on exposure to IT service management tools and change management practices.
  • Mentorship from experienced IT professionals.
  • Opportunities to contribute to company-wide events and cross-functional projects.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree, Diploma or Higher Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in IT operations and AV technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Management, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g. Zoom, Meet) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A can-do attitude — proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Flexibility to support occasional after-hours or weekend events (when needed).
