About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team in Taipei, supporting ShopBack’s Hong Kong market!
 
In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to bring marketing campaigns to life across digital channels, contributing directly to user growth and engagement. The ideal candidate is excited by fast-paced execution, has a strong understanding of the Hong Kong market, and brings cultural and language familiarity (Cantonese is a definite bonus) to help localised campaigns resonate with users.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing communication materials across multiple platforms, including ShopBack App & Web, CRM, social media, and external paid channels.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, Product) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely execution of marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Schedule onsite assets and ensure optimal exposure for every deal secured by the Business Development team.
  • Maintain, optimise, and quality-check marketing assets across ShopBack’s digital platforms.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational or executional issues.
  • Analyse website and campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings with the broader marketing team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support UI/UX enhancement projects and digital touchpoints to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to support team and business priorities.
  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating content and managing social media channels.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Positive, agile attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Basic Excel skills are preferred.
