Join our mission to revolutionise shopping!

At ShopBack, we transform shopping journeys into rewarding experiences. As a Product Designer, you'll focus on supporting design lead to design holistic end-to-end user experiences. Your designs will directly improve how our teams operate internally, enhancing productivity and innovation across the company.

You'll collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations across multiple markets. Your solutions will not only streamline internal processes but also drive efficiency through integrating AI and evolving our internal tool design systems.

If you're driven by designing meaningful and practical solutions, shaping the way people work, and overcoming technical constraints, we’d love to hear from you.
Scope of works
  • Workflow optimisation: Improve cross-team efficiency leveraging potential AI capabilities.
  • Design System maintenance: Maintain and evolve our internal tool design systems.
  •
    What you will do:
  • Solving complex problems: Simplify internal user experiences, transforming technical requirements and business processes into intuitive designs.
  • Research internal user needs: Conduct research to deeply understand internal user pain points and inform solution design.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces: Craft practical and engaging interfaces for internal applications and contribute to our design system.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, operational leaders, and business stakeholders daily, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.
  • Champion internal users: Advocate for internal users, consistently improving the employee experience and operational efficiency through design.
  • Data-driven design: Utilise analytics and internal user feedback to validate and iterate your designs effectively.
  •
    What it's like working here:
  • Let's own our challenges! Here, we're more than just job titles. When a problem arises, everyone has the power to step in and make a real impact on our organisation and the products we create.
  • Every day is a chance to improve. Perfection isn't our starting point; we believe in learning and adapting as we move forward, whether it's in product development or our own professional growth.
  • We succeed as a team. Our focus is on shared success, not individual triumphs. By bringing together our diverse skills, backgrounds, and perspectives, we're better equipped to tackle even the most difficult tasks together.
  • We're on the lookout for someone special, and here's the kind of profile we're excited about:
  • Emerging product or experience designer: 2-3 years experience in digital product design, preferably focused on internal tools, enterprise solutions, or service design.
  • Proven UI/UX competence: Your portfolio demonstrates clear rationale for your design decisions, showcasing strong user interface and experience design skills.
  • Strong communicator: Comfortable conducting research interviews, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and coordinating with engineering teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, taking initiative to solve challenging problems.
  • Interest in operational excellence: Passionate about designing for internal tools and workflows, keen on enhancing productivity and collaboration.
  •
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Let's chat about how you could be an exceptional addition to our team!
